Another great evening to slow cook over natural charcoal.
Brined this one overnight just like I do all my poultry, then rubbed it down with a good blend of herbs and seasonings also overnight. After 2 hours on the rotisserie the color was perfect, every bite was juicy with a incredible flavor. Someone pass me a napkin, my lips are starting to get wet!
